HQS06 – Double-Ended Shear Beam Load Cell

The HQS06 is a double-ended shear beam load cell designed for use in vehicle weighing systems, railway scales, axle load measurement platforms, floor scales, and warehouse weighing applications.

This type of load cell is widely applied in the production and modernization of truck and railway scales, vehicle onboard weighing systems, tank weighing installations, and axle load control. Thanks to its high metrological performance, the HQS06 is suitable for a variety of industrial weighing tasks and can serve as an alternative to compression column load cells.

The HQS06 features a robust alloy steel or stainless steel housing with hermetic sealing to IP68, providing excellent resistance to side loads, vertical overloads, and harsh environmental conditions such as moisture, dust, and dirt.
