HQS05 – Double-Ended Shear Beam Load Cell 

The HQS05 is a double-ended shear beam load cell designed for use in a wide range of industrial weighing systems, including truck scales, railway scales, tank weighing, and other special-purpose weighing instruments.

This type of load cell is widely used for the production and modernization of vehicle weighing systems, axle load measurement, and tank weighing applications. Due to its high metrological performance, the HQS05 is suitable for many industrial weighing systems and can also be used as an alternative to compression column load cells.

The robust housing is made of alloy steel, ensuring durability and resistance to mechanical stress. The load cell is hermetically sealed to IP68 protection class, providing reliable operation in harsh environments exposed to dust, moisture, and other contaminants.
