HQS04 – Double-Ended Shear Beam Load Cell for Vehicle and Railway Weighing

The HQS04 is a double-ended shear beam load cell designed for use in large-scale industrial weighing systems. It is widely applied in the production and modernization of truck scales, railway scales, axle weighing systems, floor scales, and warehouse weighing platforms.

Due to its high metrological performance, this type of load cell is ideal for weighing systems on vehicles, tank weighing applications, and axle load measurement. It can also be used as a reliable alternative to compression column load cells in various weighing installations.

The robust housing of the HQS04 is made from alloy steel or stainless steel with hermetic sealing to IP68, providing excellent resistance to side loads, vertical overloads, and harsh environmental conditions.
